Since the last time I received this product, I had moved. Now, I had went into the system to change my address, both with Vital Source and USPS (PLUS Amazon to be on the safe side) and I was notified that the package was delivered to a front porch in Fullerton. Here's the issue, I've never lived in Fullerton. After contacting customer service they basically told me there was nothing they could do since the message on the package read 'delivered'. They then suggested I reach out to USPS. Same process, but at least they were more understanding and helpful. There's still an investigation going on as to why it was delivered to Fullerton and not the address I had on file.
I work in customer service and I understand that some things you have to hammer into a customers head, but there are more effective, and nicer ways than the way I was treated.
