Where is my product

Well it’s been weeks and still haven’t gotten my order as of yet. Money has been taking out of my account but again no products. I have recommend this to my friends so we all can try together but again we have no products. It’s funny how you can go on Amazon and order the same product and get the next day or the same day but it’s been weeks and no products Are you all paid actors because how long did it take you all to receive your products. I have emailed multiple times but no answer. Is this a scam or what.
